We manufacture high quality aluminium components using cold chamber HPDC. Our facility operates 120 ton and 180 ton machines from Technocrats Die Castings India Pvt. Ltd., with a higher tonnage unit on order to further scale capacity.

We produce complex zinc die cast components with crisp detail and tight tolerances using imported hot chamber HPDC machines, including a 90-ton Chit-Shun (Hong Kong) machine and LK 50T and LK 88T machines. This advanced setup enables rapid production cycles, consistent quality, and reliable throughput for industrial applications.

We combine advanced die casting machines with a clean, well-planned infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable production. Operating under 5S principles, our shop floor maintains strict standards of organization, safety, and process control.
With complete auxiliaries and peripherals, we ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations, while dedicated scrap storage and an organized maintenance inventory keep materials and spares under control, maximizing uptime and delivering consistent quality across every component.
